Opportunity

Many persons inspired me; I observed and learnt lot from them. Before coming into the book world I got introduced with magazines where I used to read my favorite articles. It evoked confidence inside me. The tamil magazine “nanaiyam vikatan” was the first magazine on business to me. It paved the way to books. Many regular articles were published as a book. One of my inspired articles is by the ace entrepreneur Mr. C. K. Ranganathan, CMD. Cavin Kare Ltd, India. I couldn’t remember the article name now, but I got that book once and I read, later I gifted it to my friend. Now I need to find the name of the book. So I thought of google it. Eureaka! I found the book name its “Moola Dhanam”, wonderful handbook for youngsters. Mr. C. K. Ranganathan interviews many other entrepreneurs who struggle a lot to come up in their business, lot of inspirations in one book. Wow!

This happened before my visit to my Chennai programme where I motivated some college students. While my journey I was thinking about the articles I read in that book. Great book by the great author. Cavin Kare was the first to introduce FMCG products in sachet. C. K. Ranganathan is my first inspiration in business. Later when I was returning to my place from Chennai, in airport I was checking in, one person came near me and asked whether this is the check-in counter for the spicejet flight to Coimbatore. Yes sir, this is it I replied with a smile. He thanked and went. Later I was thinking deeply about the person. He was too familiar to me. I have seen him somewhere, his name is? This is called as TOT phenomenon in Psychology. We remember some person but their name will not come. But the name came suddenly; yes he is none other than Mr. C. K. Ranganathan. Surprised! Think the nature really gives. Remember?

I went first to my lounge searching for him. Later he entered. I thought getting an introduction and a sweet autograph from him. I am lazy I was not having my autograph book. But fortunately I was having my favorite book which I was and I will read while journeying. It is Dale Carnegie’s how to stop worrying and start living. So I took that book and went near him. I was tensed what will he think, suddenly an unknown person meet him. Since it is my first meeting of a personality in my life. This made me tensed. My body was in heat and my inner hands were cold, couldn’t even go near him. So I went to the nearby wash room and relaxed, came out drank some water and asked a question to myself (ask lot of questions, it will help you to grow to the next level). What if he congrats me? He is the wonderful person, if you show smile of course others will give back the same. So no worries. Let me go and introduce myself and request him to give his expression in this sweet book. I prepared myself as I teach to my people how to introduce to new people. I went near him. Hello sir, O hai he replied with a sweet smile. Later I introduced myself and I said him he is my first inspiration in business and I have read his articles and requested him to put his impression in my book. He wished me to come up well in life and he gave his impression. He asked about my profession and I told him. This is my first autograph sir; you are my first inspiration in Business. He was happy and I was happier. Dear friends, don’t hesitate to have an introduction with any important persons, prepare yourself and intro yourselves. Don’t forget to get an autograph, a photo with him/her and more than all give your business card. And also don’t forget to share the experience.

All the best for your ventures.

Opportunity comes! wherever, whenever. Dont miss!

Growth

The word “growth” is an important one in life. People need that sooner, that too today’s young entrepreneurs. When I was having my counseling session, one young entrepreneur came to me and worried a lot about his growth- in personal and official life. He said “G, I am in this field for more than a year but I am getting the results as I got in the beginning of my business, I don’t know why? I don’t know what to do? People complain me that I am not proper and I am not updating in my business. But to me, I have learnt something about marketing, I plan to myself, I schedule my work and I work. I sleep only 4 hours in a day. Even in sleep I dream about how to market my business, See how dedicated I am. The results are not coming. Where is the mistake? Please say me”

Dear Prashanth, “Nothing wrong you have done so far”. I replied. “but there is a gap unconsciously. Don’t take it serious, just sit back and listen carefully. You are in pressure that you want to grow sooner in life”. “Yes G, obviously we don’t have time to sit back I am always get set and go” He said.

Check your words, you said “get set” first and later go. Have you ever thought whether you have set yourself to the game? You have game plan but it is in your mind it is not in your daily planner. Am I right? He replied “Yes G, I never write down things since I don’t have time.” “

Time is an illusionary one; you worry a lot about tomorrow which never ever comes in life. Think of it. Live the moment. First I suggest you to stop the worry about tomorrow and sooner growth. Have a game plan in paper, don’t think about its result but analyze and work upon. Before all you need to do is analyze yourself first, study yourself, check your skills, read more books which will give you more confidence. Don’t be in pressure, as you know that pressure is pressing your sure.

Secondly you wish to grow as a tree tomorrow itself. It will never happen, it is artificial. Think you and I came to this world after nine months only, now we are here it has taken around 25 years to come. See my dear friend; the growth of Chinese bamboo would be a better example here. If one seeds it and waters it daily, it never comes even one inch out of land but after five years within six weeks it grows to 90 feet. The person, who seeded it and watered it, will wonder “wow, within six weeks it has grown.” The past five years it has spread its roots strongly all around and made itself strong enough, whatever height it reaches it will never ever fall, so strong. Likewise we are bamboos only, we need to analyze ourselves and we should water it daily with confidence/positive thinking/ observing and learning a lot in our own field. We should have patience to grow, we can’t grow tomorrow we need to work for our growth. We need to gain knowledge and then implement it in our work. Daily we should allot some time to review ourselves, our work then we can come out of our problems easily. The growth will come automatically you need not push it but you should take care of it. Unconsciously growth will happen, one day you will wonder that Am I the person? It is how we experience our physical growth, from the childhood to now. We need to water and protect the bamboo (ourselves). Every day try to gain knowledge, if that comes, we will plan well and implement it greatly, and the result will be awesome.

Even our nails grow 0.005 cms a day, but we?

Bamboos are high cultural significance in East Asia and South East Asia where they are used extensively in gardens, as a building material, as a food source and as a musical instrument. Bamboo's long life makes it a Chinese symbol of longevity, while in India it is a symbol of friendship.

Chinese Bamboo

The quality of Chinese bamboo is an amazing one. From its origin to the end of fifth year, the bamboo can’t be seen growing. But later within six days, the growth can be experienced. It has spread its root all over for the past five years and due to those roots within six days it emerges itself out.

“The taller the bamboo grows, the lower it bends.” - Chinese Proverbs

“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked, while the bamboo or willow survives by bending with the wind.”- Bruce Lee

Oseola McCarty - Inspired person

I just came to know about a special person, I searched a lot about her and her contributions. It inspired me to great extent so I thought of sharing with you too. She is

Oseola McCarty (March 71908 - September 261999) was a local washerwoman in Hattiesburg, Mississippi who became The University of Southern Mississippi’s (USM) most famous benefactor. She drew global attention after it was announced in July 1995 that she had established a trust through which, at her death, a portion of her life’s savings would be left to the university to provide scholarships for deserving students in need of financial assistance. The amount was estimated at $150,000, a surprising amount given her menial occupation.

OSEOLA MCCARTY DONATES $150,000 TO Southern Miss
By Sharon Wertz

Note: This is the original story released about Miss McCarty's gift.
Released: June 26, 1995.

HATTIESBURG -- Oseola McCarty's lined, brown hands, now gnarled with arthritis, bear mute testimony to a lifetime spent washing and ironing other people's clothes.

Less evident is how this quiet, 87-year-old black woman came to donate $150,000 to The University of Southern Mississippi.

"I want to help somebody's child go to college," Miss McCarty said. "I just want it to go to someone who will appreciate it and learn. I'm old and I'm not going to live always."

McCarty's gift establishes an endowed Oseola McCarty Scholarship, with "priority consideration given to those deserving African-American students enrolling at The University of Southern Mississippi who clearly demonstrate a financial need."

"This is just extraordinary," said Southern Miss President Aubrey Lucas. "I don't know that I have ever been as touched by a gift to the university as I am by this one. Miss McCarty has shown great unselfishness and sensitivity in making possible for others the education she never had."
Bill Pace, executive director of the Southern Miss Foundation, which will administer McCarty's gift, said, "This is by far the largest gift ever given to Southern Miss by an African American. We are overwhelmed and humbled by what she has done."

Miss McCarty's gift has astounded even those who believe they know her well. The customers who have brought their washing and ironing to her modest frame home for more than 75 years read like the social register of Hattiesburg. She has done laundry for three generations of some families. In the beginning, she said, she charged $1.50 to $2 a bundle, but, with inflation, the price rose.

"When I started making $10 a bundle -- I don't remember when ... sometime after the war -- I commenced to save money," she recalled. "I put it in savings. I never would take any of it out. I just put it in. It just accumulated."

Actually, she started saving much earlier. Miss McCarty, seated in her small, neat living room -- the linoleum floor gleaming, a spotless pink bedspread pinned carefully over the sofa -- related her story quietly and matter-of-factly.

Born in Wayne County, Miss., on March 7, 1908, she was raised by her mother, Lucy, who moved to Hattiesburg when Oseola was very young. Her mother, she recalls, worked hard to support her young daughter.

"She cooked for Mr. J.S. Garraway, who was Forrest County Circuit Clerk, and ... she would go to the schoolhouse and sell candy to make money. She would leave me alone. I was scared, but she didn't have no choice. I said then that when I could, I would save money so I could take care of my grandmother."

Young Oseola went to school at Eureka Elementary School. Even as a young child, she worked, though, and her savings habit started early.

"I would go to school and come home and iron. I'd put money away and save it. When I got enough, I went to First Mississippi National Bank and put it in. The teller told me it would be best to put it in a savings account. I didn't know. I just kept on saving."

When Oseola was in the sixth grade, her childless aunt had to go to the hospital, and, McCarty said, "I had to go and wait on her. When she came out of the hospital, she couldn't walk, and she needed me."

McCarty never returned to school. "All my classmates had gone off and left me," she said, "so I didn't go back. I just washed and ironed."

Over the years, she put money into several local banks. While banks merged and changed names and management, McCarty's savings grew.

Her grandmother died in 1944, her mother died in 1964, her aunt died in 1967, "and I've been havin' it by myself since then," she said. Her mother and her aunt each left her some money, which she added to her savings. In 1947 her uncle gave her the house in which she still lives.

Bank personnel, realizing that McCarty was accumulating sizeable savings, advised her to put her money into CD's, conservative mutual funds and other accounts where it would work for her.

Meanwhile, McCarty washed and ironed and lived frugally. She has never had a car and still walks everywhere she goes. She shows a visitor the shopping cart she pushes to Big Star, more than a mile away, to get groceries. For the visitor's benefit, she turns on the window air conditioner bank personnel only recently persuaded her to get.

Nancy Odom and Ellen Vinzant of Trustmark Bank have worked with McCarty for several years, not only helping her manage her money but helping look after her personally. It was they who helped her get the air conditioner. They also were concerned about what the future held for her.

"We both talked with her about her funds and what would happen to her if something happened," said Odom. "She knew she needed someone to take care of her."

McCarty, who never married, said, "After my aunt died, I began to think, I didn't have nobody. I began to think about what to do with what little I had. I wanted to leave some to some cousins and my church. But I had been thinking for a long time ... since I was in school ... I didn't know how to fix it, but I wanted to give it to the college (Southern Miss). They used to not let colored people go out there, but now they do, and I think they should have it."

Odom and Vinzant referred Miss McCarty to Paul Laughlin, Trustmark's assistant vice president and trust officer.

"In one of our earliest meetings, I talked about what we could do for her," Laughlin said. "We talked about providing for her if she's not able. Then we turned naturally to what happens to her estate after she dies.

"She said she wanted to leave the bulk of her money to Southern Miss, and she didn't want (anybody) to come in and change her mind. I called Jimmy Frank McKenzie, her attorney -- she's done laundry for him for years -- and he talked to her. He made sure it was her idea. Then I met with her to let her decide how to divide her money up."

McCarty said, "Mr. Paul laid out dimes on the table to explain how to divide it up."

Laughlin said, "I got 10 dimes (to represent percentages). I wrote on pieces of paper the parties she wanted to leave her money to and put them on the table. Then I asked how she wanted her money to be split up. She put one dime on her church and one each for several relatives. Then she said she wanted the rest -- six dimes -- to go to the college. She was quite definite about wanting to give 60 percent to Southern Miss. To my knowledge, she has never been out there, but she

seems to have the best of the students in mind. The decision was entirely hers."

"I just want the scholarship to go to some child who needs it, to whoever is not able to help their children," Miss McCarty said. "I'm too old to get an education, but they can."

McCarty signed an irrevocable trust agreement stating her wishes for her estate and giving the bank the responsibility for managing her funds.

"Mr. Paul gives me a check, and I can go get money anytime I need it. My lawyer gave them permission to take care of me if something happens to me."

Laughlin said the bank normally keeps such transactions in strictest confidence, but because of the uniqueness of McCarty's story, he asked for her permission to make it public.

"Well, I guess that would be all right," she said with her typical calm acceptance.

"She seems wonderfully at peace with where she is and who she is," Laughlin said.

McCarty's arthritis in her hands forced her to retire from washing and ironing in December 1994, at the age of 86. Now she spends her days cleaning house, and she still walks everywhere she goes. But she said, "If I ever get able to, I want to go back to work."

She is taking others' excitement over her gift with the same quiet grace that she has taken all the bad and good that have come into her life.

"I can't do everything," she said, "but I can do something to help somebody. And what I can do I will do. I wish I could do more."

Be a "GOOGLE"

Google

Google, one of the best search engine globally. Every user who starts to browse often visit "google". I always use to wonder about this search engine. I learnt a lot a lot from this site. More than a simplest search engine it taught me more and more about life. We all struggle a lot to overcome problems, we struggle a lot to come into one position, we struggle a lot to prove our talents, we struggle a lot to satisfy our people, we struggle a lot to learn new things. These all struggles are nothing but simple searches in our life. If we got some opposite results in our search we stop searching and we easily come into conclusions that we cannot do anything. The concept "GOOGLE" can be learnt and applied in life. Just try it and check it out. Whenever we need any information around the world or above the world, we go to GOOGLE and type the word related to it and we click on "search". GOOGLE within micro seconds pulls up the results; it says “Results 1 - 10 of about 706,000,000 for India [definition]. (0.19 seconds)". Analyze this deeper you can grab the concept. Think for a while. It gave me the result, but to give me the result how much Google have to search for it??? And it till searches, search never ends. And when search never ends the update never ends, our thinking never ends, if our thinking never ends, our innovation never ends, our thoughts never ends. Remember my fellows I searched what i want and got the result in it. Till i am searching. Remember your search and then search in it, you will surely win. Many wonderful persons in this world searched a lot in what they want. Heard about Thomas Edison, he searched about the needs, he searched in himself to bring out the light and the world got light. After the great invention of light did he stopped? No, not at all. He searched again and gave the world many things. Gandhi, the great Indian on non-violence he searched in himself and brought out the talents. There are many, just search for them and know about them. If you read many you gain many and of course money. Reading is wealth; no one can steal it from you. The Oscar Indian "A. R. Rahman",(musical maestro) he got two Oscars, one for "Original Music Score" and another for "Best Song" from the movie Slumdog Millionaire. He was asked in a press meet "How do you feel when your "Best Song" nominations were yet too called for your second Oscar?" Sorry, I was thinking about my live performance of the song in the stage he replied. Great guy, he didn't stop his search after winning his first Oscar. He got his first Oscar for music score but till he didn't stop his mind went on to his next venture of performing his song. A normal person will stop after doing a great achievement. Winners will not stop in search. It will take time yes of course a tree takes more than 30 years to come up. You and I have taken some years to grow up. So don't worry about the time. Every seed has a tree in it. Same way we all have talents, we just need to search inside our self and analyze the talents in particular and we should pour water, feel the breeze, sunlight etc. We will surely master in our skills. But we should not stop searching.... Even my search continues...

Think - Nature naturally gives...

Wow, great and wonderful nature with green leaves, colorful flowers, huge mountains, flowing falls, moving clouds, burning sun, cold moon, nice feeling rain, no limit to sky etc. Nature the great thing to admire in this planet. Some trees are naturally carved, some give tasty food, some salty etc. Many can talk about nature. I was driving alone to think to write about the Universe and nature. My friend told that "this world is too big man, lots of pressures, stress, no money, no freedom, no time, i am getting older but still i didn't stick in one point man". I told him "My dear, why are you restricting yourself? who told you grew older? Think like this. No one is getting older, we are developing we are growing. Ten years ago we were different from now. Our body makes a new stomach lining every 5 days, a new skin once every month, a new liver every 6 weeks, more than these the billion year old DNA with memories of evolution wasn't the same 6 weeks ago buddy. So while taking about the older thing, which one you are talking about? Dear friend our mind is wired with negative thoughts a lot from our younger age. When we were at 5 we learnt many things, we did well in schools, competitions, got lots of appreciations but now, where all these talents went? It is always in our self, we forget those things as we grew with negative thoughts people. Our mind sees negatives easily. Why this happens? All these are illusions, we have to overcome the negativeness with the highest positive potential. Its easy only we need to focus on positive things, hear positive words, listen positive music, speak positive words, see positive words. Write some positive words in your room, while getting up every morning look at them. If anyone talks to you negatively don't talk to them, i know it is tough but for some days till you get the highest positive potential. Once you get this everything will change around. You will see all the things positive only. Automatically the things around you will be positive. But all these have to change in you. You have to decide that you need to change. Change happens in a second, in a moment. Everything in this world changes, except the word change, a child change into a matured male or female, egg change into butterflies, many happens often but we are not aware of those things more than these we are not aware our our self. Mr. Raj kumar(my beautiful brother) asked me the ways to change himself. I told him to Brother changes is not outside, it is inside. Look inside you positively, think positive words, grab the positive thoughts in all the people. Dear brother when you think of changing yourself this whole world will give you all the thoughts, teachings, philosophy you need. All you need to do this "Think Positive" the nature will naturally give you man. When i told these positive words, suddenly one guy interrupted "Sir, would you love to buy these posters?" When i saw that i was amazed. Yes, nature naturally gave the positive words of the great motivator Swami Vivekananda "Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, that is way great spiritual giants are produced.” -  present in the first poster ". Really awesome experience. Nature shows you positive things when we think positive and act positive. My brother told me "Sure i am going to stick this in my room". Every day i am going to see this and feel it. Thank you Brother".

Wonderful things happen for wonderful people.

So Think - nature gives you and more than all you will see all positively.

“Sometimes it's the smallest decisions that can change your life forever.” -  Keri Russell

“If you don't create change, change will create you”

Remove the "n o t"

Many often use these words "I cannot". Even i am there in that many. Whatever questions came we answered "I cannot" from our childhood till now. Because we are afraid of doing or learning new things. After doing few attempts and we get the result as fail, then we will be the first person to ran away to attempt again, because we failed. We wont try at all so we quit. See friends we need to try until we succeed. When we propose to lover, they will not accept in first attempt but do we quit in that process after two or three attempts? No not at all we will try, we will stand long hours in sun, we will ran towards her bus, we will wait at her college or school entrance to meet her, she will shout, scream, scold more than that we even get beaten by her father's people also. But do we ever quit in that process? No we will try after several attempts, several problems, cries, worries, screams, beatings we will get that three wonderful problematic words "I Love You". In this we put our hardest work to get those words, we stood for long hours, we wrote poems to admire her, we got gifts to impress her, we changed our style of hair, dressing etc. All these only to hear those words "I Love You". Friends same process should be applied in our life also. We have to put the hard work, it really works. In love process we will not say "I cannot", many friends, relatives, road side people will come and say its dangerous why wasting your time? but we will reply "I can" even when it comes to risky situations. We will not at try or move further if we quit. We should learn to wait and gain. Friends the words "I cannot" has I can then only not comes, analyse this. Remove the n o t. You will get the answer "I can".

Ask yourself these questions often
Why?
Why cant me, myself?
Why cannot i do this?

The answer should be "I can". Proceed to work hard to reach the highest. Everything in this world will take its own time to develop. Even we are grown from the childhood to this age. The plants take years to grow into beautiful trees. So be patient Observe, Analyse, Act and Win. All the best.

Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me. - Carol Burnett

Its an ugly winning

Wining is not a place to go. Its nothing but being. It come automatically when one does his work with pressures, problems, emotions, feelings, cry, sad and happy. Its all in our life's game. As we all know we are players and it is our hand to play well. While playing any game we should fall to catch or move on to get scores. When we fall we dirty our dresses, skins etc., same way in our life also when we fall we dirty our inner self, but we need to clean and move on to next level. The point here is don't worry of falling down, if you fall down then those are reference points for success. Don't worry of falling and uglying yourself. Its all in the game. And so its an ugly winning.

I just came across these words from Mr. Kevin Roberts, CEO Saatchi & Saatchi one of the leading agency in the globe. This guy inspired me a lot, he doesn't use the word Brand rather he says that as "Lovemarks". His wonderful book "Lovemark, Future Beyond Brands" says more about the advertising stuffs. He is dam innovative and often comes up with different concepts. I read about Winning ugly together in his blog and i came out with "its an ugly winning". Here are some of his words from his blog. Keep reading and it will inspire you a lot.

My mantra for 2009 is “Winning Ugly Together”. I wish it were “Winning Beautiful Together” but the reality is that the economic and commercial challenges we face will draw on our stamina and our imaginations in ways most of us have never faced before. It’s going to be ugly, and the only way to face this is a) together and b) with a totally winning attitude.

“Winning Ugly” is borne of the rough and tumble of great victories on the rugby field, on the basketball court, on the tennis court, in political arenas, in battlefields. Grit, guts and genius spilling out from every pore to secure victory at the final moment.

Vince Lombardi, football “Coach of the Century”, said “Winning is not a sometime thing; it’s an all the time thing. You don’t win once in a while; you don’t do things right once in a while; you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit.”

I’ve just had a note from Pully Chau, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi China. Their new business team worked for six weeks straight, relentlessly, and have come up with five major new business wins and two pending. This is a time for ultra-competitiveness and the China Lovemarks Team have set the 2009 benchmark for our network. They are committed to playing smarter; actions not words; inspirational leadership; optimism; and keeping the love flowing.

Nothing has changed in the belief system we have developed over the last decade: Peak Performance; Lovemarks as a world-changing idea; True Blue as our means of creating sustainability. Nothing Is Impossible remains stamped on our foreheads. All of this gets executed in 2009 with urgency, relentlessness, and a passion to win. Together. Ugly (or Beautiful). As Sean Fitzpatrick, the most successful All Black captain of all time said after a memorably bruising encounter, “It wasn’t pretty out there, but we’ll take the win.” - Kevin Roberts

“We're in the sunshine. That means negatives will come out. That's OK.”

Life Formula

Life Formula

"Life is a process. We are a process. The universe is a process" - ANNE WILSON SCHAEF

Life = b3
b3 = (b+b+b)

Being + Become + Be = Life

I came out with this formula when i was journeying about my experiences. I hope this will help you. If a problem appears we search for solutions. We need to stop it as soon as possible to move on to the next step. If you need solution for a problem, just sit back analyse what was wrong intelligently not emotionally, go back to the origin of the problem - analyse what was wrong, why it happened like this? Who made this first? Why it came like this? by observing the answer will come to you. Same way life revolves in it. For every thing we need to go to the origin. Lets go to the origin of Life now.

First we need to understand about our life. What is Life? Who we are? What we do? for all these the answer is B3 - Being, Become, Be. Let me explain you more deeper, understand this concept and analyse. You may be in whatever situation now but his formula will help you to reach the destination.

Being:
Good word. I use to tell my people enough of studying its now time to being. Philosophically the word being is that which has actuality either materially or in idea. There is another meaning also absolute existence in a complete or perfect state. Thoughtful meaning. Being is existence, individual, reality, realization and more than all it is life. We are being humans. We call it our self a being but we forget to live in this realization. First we need to understand this concept that we are Being. This is answer the question about Life. Our Life. So this is the first letter in the formula

Become:
So we discussed about being now its time to become. This is an important process in every one's life. If you ask a person about his ambition - he will give you a sooner reply that "I want to become a scientist" or "I want to earn more money" or "I want to serve people" and many more. People always use this word "become". We all love to become. But many problems occur internally in this process only. Become is the process which we move to the next level in our life. The word become has a very good meaning in it - to come or change more than this the good meaning can be "grow". When it come become we grow the process of growing.

Be:
The main word in Life. We are a being, we love to become to be in a position. The term position can be referred to occupy a place in life. "Be" can be seen in the other two words - Being and Become. These three are interlinked. Even "Be" refers to caterpillar later pupa which turns into a colorful butterfly and again the cycle goes to egg and so on. Same way the process of a human life is also the same after we come to "Be" we move on to being.

You can wonder whats the use of understanding this? I suggest you to think about this formula for a while. If you understand this process you wont worry or hurry to your destination. The problem for all of us especially youngsters come only in "become" we rush saying no time no time and run towards the destination. We say to our self that the age of working or waiting is gone now no time for analysing i need to move fast. But by saying this we will come into stress. With this stress we cant move to our destination soon. It will take its own time like how we had grown for the long years. Like how a tree takes time to come out and grow from its seed. Same way Success doesn't come in one day. We need to Analyse about our inner self, then we need to Act and automatically "Win" will search for you and will come to you.

"Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give yourself to it. " - Buddha

"Because I have loved life, I shall have no sorrow to die" - AMELIA BURR

"It is never too late to become what you might have become."  George Eliot

Be like a BABY

Baby - the lovable stage where one learns to observe and understand things. A baby observes certain things around him and learns according to its knowledge. A mom teaches or makes him to understand to walk and talk etc. A baby is fresh to anything, he learns all new and he also implements it. But after we grow up due to changes in our body, mind we forget the good things in us. Same way we also forget to observe and learn new things. We fear to learn or understand new things. We forget our innocence which we had in our baby stage. The point here i am going to share is "Be like a baby". I got this point by observing some babies. Its festive season in my place, my friends are married and now they got a baby also. Raja, a cute little guy. He is one year old, just now learning to speak, he observes minutely and repeats what we are saying. Astonishing thing isn't. I asked that new guy to say "maa" he was so quiet then again i said "say maa" again i got a reply in silence but i observed his eyes, he was silent and his eyes was observing my mouth and he was taking in the sound produced by me. He sense the sound. Later after 3 attempts i succeeded, yes he told "maa" again "maa" and now a hat rick "maa" wow, great buddy you did a good job i appreciated myself. See the way a baby learn things. I applied the same experiment with three other babies also it worked. My thought is we should always have an attitude of a baby who is ready to observe, understand and learn new things. If we follow this we will definitely be world class innovator. We will surely get new concepts to work upon. We will have an ability to create. Another thing is a baby is a world class listener, it listens observes, learns and then executes. Same way if we have a baby character we would also be a world class listener. Remember a good listener is a good innovator.

I remember a wonderful 3d animation movie "Toy Story” directed by John Lasseter awesome movie. It’s about some toys which come to life when the Andy (A little boy loves to be in his room, playing with his toys,) is not there. The story will revolve completely in a toy's angle. I also saw the interview by the director. "How you came across a childish subject sir?" He replied - "I went to my younger stage and observed what and all I did, who all I play with, I used to create a story and play with dolls". Same thing I executed in my script also and the movie came. I hope u got all the points here. The director didn't forget his past and also he was like a baby fresh to understand and implement things. There born a script which was a box office hit of the year 1995. When a question "How do you write so child like wonderful stories for children?" was asked to a famous children author. He told "I never grow". He is at his younger level observing small small things and he expresses it into children stories which become the best seller. Being a baby is not so childish; being a baby is creative, innovative and impressive. So be like a baby to observe, learn and to innovate new things.
