Birth...Day....Birth.... Life becomes so simple!

This morning... i was remind, today is my birthday! wow! wonderful, not for the birthday, its for the reminder. Life s always evolving. In my younger days i was expecting this day to arrive. So that i can provide sweets, get new clothes, no one will scold me or beat me my teacher use to warn me "today, i wont beat you, since its your b'day", from morning to night gifts will come, wishes will come, smiles will be shown in front of my face, kisses will be given. Later my expectations became as painful moments. Since there will be no one to wish, no dresses, no sweets to give etc etc... all oppositely happened. I used to worry a lot about this situation. And i am a failure in my school days, no one will respect me, leave this respect, they wont even show love. I used to sit in the bathroom (presently thinking room) for minutes and pour my feelings as tears. She (sine tears is so beautiful as an angel) will mix with the water in the ground and flow off. With that my pain also flows.. I believe still. Even on birthday i got beatings from my teachers and will be an "out standing" student. When the teacher comes i have to go out! that's their rule. It happened, I use to be out of the class and have a ton of weight in heart. Coz they sent me out all days, that's okay no problem. But even on my birthday they sent me out. How ridiculous! cant bare. Since that was a tiny heart which expects love without a shout. If they let me in without a shout, i may have asked the doubt. This never happened in life. Birthdays become painful a lot. No wishes, no kisses, no gifts, no cares, no love. It was as empty as possible. Those days i will hear only pathos music in the background.

The age of love - changed things! was expecting her call first. She used to wish me early by 12 AM, and she use to show her possessiveness by saying "i have to wish u first so i did". Some days passed and i was unable to meet her requirements. Her expectations have to be like that, no problem at all. She has to expect some qualifications both officially and personally. She had a four year degree and a five figured salary. But me, was in a little guy who runs after clients and wanna make my company into a big corporate. This never happened so i was not that guy who met her requirements. She was my second lover who taught me about life. She said when she left "Dear, understand this! its life, it will be like this only. You have to accept it!". Recently she got married and flied abroad with her new husband who has a six figure salary and working in a big I.T. concern. I was thinking about the talks she made while leaving. That time i was angry with her and had a great pain. Now things changed. I told her itself. What you did was correct. Coz, i realized what life is, and i am a person in your family, so what you did is correct. Thanks!. I told this. She had little tears in her eyes, but she never let that out. May be an e-g-o probs. *Suddenly my mobile rang.. other side "hello dear, how are things?" a female voice...*

Now, this day has come again. They reminded me about today! my mom and dad they only did this. Then only i came to know that this was that day. It was the number again. And you all know that i am a nonbeliever of time, So i never cared about the age. When people ask i may tell them i am just the kid. That's true too, since being a baby will gain a lot of knowledge in life.Coz the baby is ready to learn always. See this life became so simple. I got as usual in the morning, read some words of my master and wrote this article and listening to songs. This is wonderful moment. 

Why one need only one day to celebrate his birth? Since every moment is new, every second is new, this moment evolves into another moment and that evolved moment becomes this moment again. But people miss to admire these precious moments in life. They need only one day to celebrate and become aware about their age and themselves. Some may feel a lot about the achievements or work they didn't do. Why is this so? Life will become simple as possible. Since life is evovling. One will not even consider the birthday, since he may be running in a path to achieve something. But that again becomes a pressure. So i believe that every moment is to celebrate, rejoice, think, admire. So lets celebrate  every moment, lets give the gift of love and care to others. We will get what we need. 

This is just an observation in one's life "on changes", i am frank in this post about the changes. Life is changing always. When a particular knowledge comes, everything in life becomes so simple. Really so simple. For example "festivals" that too diwali, we might have run for the crackers once. But now we may sit and admire those fireworks or we may say to others "this is the other day in life, what is there to burst crackers, we are wasting out money". See! and we have fought for that rotten eraser which was took from us by our friend in class. This happened. But think! will we ever fight for that eraser or pen which we lend in bank(always there are ppl still who come without a pen to fill the form, they are everywhere. Wherever there is form there are ppl, who forget to bring pen). No not at all. Since life has become so simple! 

Life is simple! Crazy life.. Admire.. Rejoice... Celebrate every moment!

Bad Example

I came across a question which was asked to me by my friend "Nanda",
- G, Why people compare one with others? Especially why my parents are comparing with my cousin brother? He is a doctor so my father wants me to be a Doc too. How can be this possible? If everyone becomes Docs and Engg then what about the greatest paintings? poems? or any art? Does they really get satisfied by tearing all the hearts?

Mmm, seem to be a very big question. As I expressed in my older posts on analyzing the problems - one has to go to the origin to find a solution. These kind of things can be called as prejudices where one will have
prejudgements on one particular issue. This may be because of their brought up or from their younger years they might have taught like that. So we cant even blame them too. It has become their nature.

Nanda - G, they are not even comparing, Leave my parents instead even my friends or known people they are comparing me and telling others by referring as a "bad example".

Bad example? wow that's awesome

Nanda - G, this is too much. Yes as a bad example. I was studying as much as possible but i couldn't get good marks. But what can one do with good marks? In now a days marks are in the hands of the person who corrects the paper, if he/she is not in a good mood, then finish. That's all the mark will be low. It happens.

Leave that explain more about this bad example dude.

Nanda - I didn't get good marks, but i love paintings and art so i have a plan to join the fine arts coll. In this time i came saw my younger cousin brother family, she is going to do her high school exams this year. When i met them, her parents told her "See, Ananya study well or else you will getting low marks as your brother Nanda", you will not get a good college to study. So keep all those stuffs and concentrate only on studies". See these words G, she came to see me. But they are saying like this. Here I became a Bad example to her.

Some days after another friend came to me.

Jayram - G, I feeling a lot. I did business well only but due to my lack of concentration i couldn't make it out. So I thought of taking a break, recover and then join my business again. I need this because i am in lot of pressures. I can't even respond. My mind runs always. I need to calm. But these so called old people are not leaving me. One of my uncle, his son wants to start a business. When he told his dad. His Dad had told him comparing me. "Recently only Jay started a business but he couldn't do well, he closed", "How is possible for you? Even if you start you will also have to close like Jay". See the word G, "like Jay". Its paining a lot.

Bad Example. All great achievers are once a bad example, sometimes a very bad example. It has to be like that and it will be like that. Since people need some other to compare about some stuffs. Even you may have answered questions in your school or coll life, "Compare, Differentiate etc" These were asked not as a bad examples but to know the main difference between the both and understand both. But in life its not the matter of understanding it has become a matter of criticizing or hurting. Heart is like a water, if it disturbs it has to take time to settle. But people never leave a water to settle they always disturb it. Because they are disturbed. When you become a bad example you have to think why you are compared like that? Of course you have to be very happy, since you are an example to others. No matter good or bad. You are an example. People often beat others by saying those words which will break the glass in the heart. They never handle with love. You can love yourself. Since the most important person in this planet is "You". Many have been bad examples, even Einstein, Edison and many. The great artist Vincent Van Gogh, was told to stop his paintings since he had painted a started in a shape which no painter had created. People use you say him that the stars were wrong. But he told them no, not at all. Its in this shape only. That time people didn't believe, some years ago Scientists have made research and found it that stars are in the shape which he painted.

Believe this. Every person is unique and they have their own talents. We cant compare the poems of Tilopa to Thulsidas. They both are creative and more unique in their own way. We can't even compare the singing sparrow with the softly running squirrel. In the singing way sparrow has it own uniqueness and in that touching and touching not beautiful running (like love) squirrel has its own uniqueness. But we forget to observe the inner soulful beauty, we see just like that and say sparrow is not as the squirrel. So don't worry for bad example. Even people may laugh at you or by giving a bad example about you. You have to be happy since people are laughing by saying about you. You are great since there you were the reason for them to laugh. Its very difficult to make people laugh. Only great legends have made that like Charlie Chaplin, Kalaivar NSK, Nagesh, Chandrababu

Last Minute Madness.....

Long after words are falling from my heart, dont know why the words stopped and why they are rushing out now. Not a problem at all, let me express whatsoever falls.

Last Minute Madness - in a nut shell about this post: whatsoever you expect that will come to you or u work hard or work smart to get that particular thing (that can be anything either living or non living). Its about the process one does to get that particular thing. Its like a journey but while journeying it will be too thrilling whether you will get that or not. Even in love, whenever you want to express the true love to that girl or you want to say that you are in love deeply - you may go and be near her but you never say. Years will be running the girl will also expect that you will say the love, you will be expecting her to say her love but both never say, they are in love that's true. Then there will a time when situations get awkward and you be in the high pressure then there comes the need to express your love and her love too. While that time when you are traveling to meet her.... the road is full of traffics, sun is showering his love at its peak on you, no air at all only the heat, your vehicle petrol gets dry no petrol bunk is near, your mobile signal get busier(if u try to inform her about the lateness), another vehicle comes and kisses your vehicle, feeling thirsty no water to drink, no lovable words to cure you pressures these kinds of chain of beautiful problems one may experience. But when the time falls, everything changes. Everything opens up and clears. Now no traffic, u drove to the bunk and filled petrol, u got the signal and informed her about the lateness, you heard the lovable words from her that cured the pressures in your heart and more than all now its raining and more more than all you are near that girl and you said ur love and more more more than all she says "dear, i thought of expressing this for the past 5 years". Think about the situations! Wow at last....... This is "THE SO CALLED LIFE".

I gave an example about love but that makes everyone to understand easily. The last minute madness happens everywhere that can be while you approach a big project too which will change your entire life. People who achieved in this world - great inventors, great painters, great musicians, great actors or whom so ever it is they have achieved or they have come across this last minute madness... But ultimately you will get the thing for which you work. Its sure. The point is we should not get into pressures which makes us stressful. If we press the sures then it will become pressures. Let laugh at the last minute madness.. then we wont get into those pressures....

I am laughing now, since i exprienced and experiencing the last minute madness.... Its all in the game... Laugh at the moments which brings the last minute madness....if possible post it in your blog..

Opportunity

Many persons inspired me; I observed and learnt lot from them. Before coming into the book world I got introduced with magazines where I used to read my favorite articles. It evoked confidence inside me. The tamil magazine “nanaiyam vikatan” was the first magazine on business to me. It paved the way to books. Many regular articles were published as a book. One of my inspired articles is by the ace entrepreneur Mr. C. K. Ranganathan, CMD. Cavin Kare Ltd, India. I couldn’t remember the article name now, but I got that book once and I read, later I gifted it to my friend. Now I need to find the name of the book. So I thought of google it. Eureaka! I found the book name its “Moola Dhanam”, wonderful handbook for youngsters. Mr. C. K. Ranganathan interviews many other entrepreneurs who struggle a lot to come up in their business, lot of inspirations in one book. Wow!

This happened before my visit to my Chennai programme where I motivated some college students. While my journey I was thinking about the articles I read in that book. Great book by the great author. Cavin Kare was the first to introduce FMCG products in sachet. C. K. Ranganathan is my first inspiration in business. Later when I was returning to my place from Chennai, in airport I was checking in, one person came near me and asked whether this is the check-in counter for the spicejet flight to Coimbatore. Yes sir, this is it I replied with a smile. He thanked and went. Later I was thinking deeply about the person. He was too familiar to me. I have seen him somewhere, his name is? This is called as TOT phenomenon in Psychology. We remember some person but their name will not come. But the name came suddenly; yes he is none other than Mr. C. K. Ranganathan. Surprised! Think the nature really gives. Remember?

I went first to my lounge searching for him. Later he entered. I thought getting an introduction and a sweet autograph from him. I am lazy I was not having my autograph book. But fortunately I was having my favorite book which I was and I will read while journeying. It is Dale Carnegie’s how to stop worrying and start living. So I took that book and went near him. I was tensed what will he think, suddenly an unknown person meet him. Since it is my first meeting of a personality in my life. This made me tensed. My body was in heat and my inner hands were cold, couldn’t even go near him. So I went to the nearby wash room and relaxed, came out drank some water and asked a question to myself (ask lot of questions, it will help you to grow to the next level). What if he congrats me? He is the wonderful person, if you show smile of course others will give back the same. So no worries. Let me go and introduce myself and request him to give his expression in this sweet book. I prepared myself as I teach to my people how to introduce to new people. I went near him. Hello sir, O hai he replied with a sweet smile. Later I introduced myself and I said him he is my first inspiration in business and I have read his articles and requested him to put his impression in my book. He wished me to come up well in life and he gave his impression. He asked about my profession and I told him. This is my first autograph sir; you are my first inspiration in Business. He was happy and I was happier. Dear friends, don’t hesitate to have an introduction with any important persons, prepare yourself and intro yourselves. Don’t forget to get an autograph, a photo with him/her and more than all give your business card. And also don’t forget to share the experience.

Growth

The word “growth” is an important one in life. People need that sooner, that too today’s young entrepreneurs. When I was having my counseling session, one young entrepreneur came to me and worried a lot about his growth- in personal and official life. He said “G, I am in this field for more than a year but I am getting the results as I got in the beginning of my business, I don’t know why? I don’t know what to do? People complain me that I am not proper and I am not updating in my business. But to me, I have learnt something about marketing, I plan to myself, I schedule my work and I work. I sleep only 4 hours in a day. Even in sleep I dream about how to market my business, See how dedicated I am. The results are not coming. Where is the mistake? Please say me”

Dear Prashanth, “Nothing wrong you have done so far”. I replied. “but there is a gap unconsciously. Don’t take it serious, just sit back and listen carefully. You are in pressure that you want to grow sooner in life”. “Yes G, obviously we don’t have time to sit back I am always get set and go” He said.

Check your words, you said “get set” first and later go. Have you ever thought whether you have set yourself to the game? You have game plan but it is in your mind it is not in your daily planner. Am I right? He replied “Yes G, I never write down things since I don’t have time.” “

Time is an illusionary one; you worry a lot about tomorrow which never ever comes in life. Think of it. Live the moment. First I suggest you to stop the worry about tomorrow and sooner growth. Have a game plan in paper, don’t think about its result but analyze and work upon. Before all you need to do is analyze yourself first, study yourself, check your skills, read more books which will give you more confidence. Don’t be in pressure, as you know that pressure is pressing your sure.

Secondly you wish to grow as a tree tomorrow itself. It will never happen, it is artificial. Think you and I came to this world after nine months only, now we are here it has taken around 25 years to come. See my dear friend; the growth of Chinese bamboo would be a better example here. If one seeds it and waters it daily, it never comes even one inch out of land but after five years within six weeks it grows to 90 feet. The person, who seeded it and watered it, will wonder “wow, within six weeks it has grown.” The past five years it has spread its roots strongly all around and made itself strong enough, whatever height it reaches it will never ever fall, so strong. Likewise we are bamboos only, we need to analyze ourselves and we should water it daily with confidence/positive thinking/ observing and learning a lot in our own field. We should have patience to grow, we can’t grow tomorrow we need to work for our growth. We need to gain knowledge and then implement it in our work. Daily we should allot some time to review ourselves, our work then we can come out of our problems easily. The growth will come automatically you need not push it but you should take care of it. Unconsciously growth will happen, one day you will wonder that Am I the person? It is how we experience our physical growth, from the childhood to now. We need to water and protect the bamboo (ourselves). Every day try to gain knowledge, if that comes, we will plan well and implement it greatly, and the result will be awesome.

Bamboos are high cultural significance in East Asia and South East Asia where they are used extensively in gardens, as a building material, as a food source and as a musical instrument. Bamboo's long life makes it a Chinese symbol of longevity, while in India it is a symbol of friendship.

Chinese Bamboo

The quality of Chinese bamboo is an amazing one. From its origin to the end of fifth year, the bamboo can’t be seen growing. But later within six days, the growth can be experienced. It has spread its root all over for the past five years and due to those roots within six days it emerges itself out.
